AA homework day #5
1) I have no control over the topic picked at any given AA meeting, and my life becomes unmanageable when I have to fight with my aversion to speaking over the phone so I can call my sponsor. Luckily, I got over that shit and followed orders.
2) I have no control over convince fees, and my life becomes unmanageable when I have to pay them because of prior commitments.
3) I have no control over the horrific thought that my original drug of choice is self harm, and my life becomes unmanageable when I let those thoughts distract me from my responsibilities.
4) I have no control over the fact that The Stranger isn't put out weekly anymore, and my life becomes unmanageable when I get overwhelmed with sadness because of not getting to read Savage Love every week.
5) I have no control over the progress of technology, and my life becomes unmanageable when become distracted by the fact that I still own a VHS tape that I can no longer watch.
