"d) I don't want to lose any of my taste and style street cred, 'cause really, when you think about it, you know the perfect spokesman for Turkey and Gravy soda would be Keven Federline or a carny (which may actually be redundant

Pabst is not a "decent beer for being American made". There are thousands of American beers that are far, far better. The strongest endorsement that I can give it is that among mass-produced domestic beers it decent, which is to say a noticable cut above Bud or Miller, and it is ironically chic to order a PBR in many places in NYC...but then again, so is Sparks.
Exactly. Anyone drinking PBR who isn't 15 and hiding underneath the aluminum bleacher seats of their high school football field is desperate for nostalgic hipster cred. If you'd looking to establish your domestic beer cred, drink a Rogues or, if you must, Brooklyn Lager.
Well good thing I never claim to have that cred. As a kid PBR was a favorite along with Genesee which is why I still like them today,of course I was drinking it when it was still a pull tab. Given a choice it will be Harp or Guinness. PBR is simply the lesser of two evils when considering the Domestic Beer Market. I did not mean to include the smaller beer companies as such. It was meant more towards coors, Bud, Miller and the like.
If a product contains any part of the animal it is not vegetarian. Full vegetarians won't eat gelatin for this reason, since it is made using animal bones.
