Thanks to the magic of Youtube related videos/recommendations algorithm, I stumbled across singer Petter Hollens' version of "Underground" - a song from Assassin's Creed: Syndicate video game.

Whenever I work from Barnes & Noble, I've been hearing this song. I always assumed that it was an 80s song, from one of the less famous female pop stars (hey - I'm Russian. There's a lot about 80s American pop culture I don't know). So Imagine my surprise when I found out that it was actually from 2012. 2000 freaking 12.

Lately, the Internets have been abuzz over something that's being called "the most sexist commercial of all time."
But while it is sexist, that is not the most sexist commercial ever. I would nominate this as the most sexist commercial of all time.
If this ad had any more condescension it would be in a rain forest. -
