As any Chicago 'L' rider knows, sometimes, trains get delayed without any real explanation. Oh, sure, we get an announcements about equipment failure and some and such, but those are automated, so they don't count for much. But every once in a while, we do get an explanation - and this time, an a very unusual turn of events, it actually comes straight from the source.
