2000 calories per day

3 500 calorie meals +2 250 calorie snacks per day

all meals are half protein 4 ounces protein 4 ounces carbs (including veggies like broccoli or carrots)
unlimited leafy greens

last meal is protein only

4 litres of water per day

train at the y mon + fri 830 am.

30 minutes weights
30 miutes cardio
1 hr aqua fit

1.5-3 hours yoga tuesday 3 pm
