Supernatural Returns!!
I am so happy to have Supernatural back!!!
Sam all puppy dog eyes and empathy!! It's like seeing season 2 Sam again. I've missed you Sammy! The one moment that stands out was when they are at the sister's door and Sam convinces her to let them in using classic Sam technique. The smile on Dean's face as he enjoys seeing Sam be Sam is just fantastic. Can it be that our brothers are buds again and all may be right with the Supernatural world?
Dragons were a cool idea except we never actually got to see the dragons.
My big moment of fangirl squee came as Dean approached the sword in the stone. All I could see was my own Immortal version of Dean about to hold a sword that looks a hell of a lot like the one I envisioned for him in my stories. (see icon) I was quite disappointed that he broke the damn thing and I never got to have my fanfiction image played out in the show. Still Dean ...sword...YES!!
I really enjoyed the episode - the boys relationship felt very old school and the new arc about purgatory seems interesting. All in all I'm feeling the Supernatural love. How can I not? Broken though it was, Dean still held a sword!!
