(no subject)
So.... I really haven't updated in a while. The first week/weekend of summer research has drawn to a close. At first I was a little leery of working on a research project on plant physiology (hello, Zoo major, and more ecology focused at that) and the fact that Alex was obviously pretty far ahead of me in his knowledge of the project, having spent the last semester working on his project put me off a little. However, the last week has definately convinced me it was a good idea to stick with it. Working with Wolverton and Alex has the tendency to be both hilarious and a good lab experience.
This weekend was also good, between watching the De Vinci Code with Marie, Leslie, Micheal, and Philip, the Kappa Alumni Open house, the Delaware Art Fair, training to count zooplankton and going to C-bus with Philip to drink bubble tea/hooka/go to Axiz (we discovered the wonderousness of the flavor of kiwi in all forms).
Anyways, I should probably be doing something productive...
