All is right in my world....
I got my field placement!
I can't wait. But I'm slightly terrified at the same time. It's pretty much just nerves at the prospect of actually stepping into the social worker role and handle my very own cases. These are real people...struggling kids...whose mental health (and a big effect on their lives) are in my hands. That's a little nerve wracking. But it will all be fine, I know.
I start in January. I finished registration today, so my schedule is all set for next semester. Now I can kick back a little and enjoy the break.
