The History of Middle-earth (chibi version) - Part 275 - Hanging around
The thought struck me that if you were going to make a blockbuster movie trilogy of the Silmarillion, Maedhros would make a good protagonist or POV character. He's the one non-Ainu who's involved in nearly all the major events of the First Age - often on the 'wrong' side despite him starting out as a decent guy morally speaking, which makes for a compelling character-based drama.
Anyway, I'm afraid I'm going to leave him hanging here for a while, since the next section of the cartoon will go back to Aman to see what the Valar have been up to.
