so, for some reason i got pulled into an lengthy conversation about eric nies yesterday. remember eric nies? or nyes? or some such. he was on the first Real World, and then MTV was all "hey, this guy is pretty good looking. maybe we should give him his own show ( Read more... )

me too. except there was this host who called herself "princess" and she always put a little glitter heart on her cheek and she'd do this thing where she'd kiss her fingers rapidly as.... i don't know... some sort of indication of love for the audience, i think.

the best part of the whole thing is that the conversation started with someone asking me "hey, do you watch mtv?"

and i said "no, i'm 28."

it didn't go over very well, and went rapidly downhill from there.

Thats like my buddy. The 2 people in his group, one doesnt have cable, and the other person DOESNT OWN A TELEVISION.
