dance, dance, take me over glittering clouds
I wouldn't be surprised if I'd lost a few pounds (nothing drastic, it's not like I starved myself sick, bulimia/anorexia scare me) since my parents left. There's the fact that I ate at reasonable hours instead of 8, 9 or even 10pm - I'll admit to eating at 8 a few times. Also, I ate just enough - mum tends to heap on the food and, coupled with the eating late thing and my low metabolism, I tend to feel bloated. Unfortunately our scale seems to be broken - it's my grandpa's who used to be a doctor so it's very very old and the weights seem fucked up for some reason. Anyway, even if I didn't lose anything, I feel pretty good physically :)
SYTYCD: Like I tweeted, my weakest girl this week was Randi, but I can't choose the weakest guy. Kupono was merely in an unfortunate pairing imo, because his solo rocked sfm, I love his quirkiness. Jason redeemed himself for me this week. I still don't completely love him but I think Jeanine (and Travis's choreography) brought the best out of him. Also, if you didn't know, it's not uncommon for men (Evan in this case) to wear heeled dance shoes, it helps with the propulsion and directs your weight to the balls of your feet where it should be. Also like I tweeted, very daring of Jeanine to choose the music from her foiled tango with Phillip for her solo, but I liked it and it proves she's not afraid to take risks. Good on her. And AHAHA MILKSHAKE COMMENT FTW. And jsyk I'm completely in love with Janette and Brandon, they've been on fire since the beginning, even apart. Her solo was just awesome, but did anyone notice she wore the same two-piece previously? Anyway, I think that's all. The receptionist at work thinks Evan and Randi are going home and I tend to ~maybe~ agree on Evan. Thoughts?
New spoilers for Gossip Girl are hilarious. Even the school-related one, if I end up being right on my random/OMFG guess (Dan).
I think I'll try to go see HBP this weekend, although it will suck because I usually go with one or both my sisters (and their +2's) but one's in Chile and the other a province away and very preggers. Hmm. I suppose I could go with my parents *shrug* I hear there's mixed reviews on the movie itself. Does it differ very much from the book?
Fic-wise, I'm not productive at all. Will try to jot something down at work this afternoon if I have time. Anything would be something. Sigh.
