there was life before the internet!
Oh hai. I was internet-less all day. Some kind of problem with our provider or something. I totally freaked out for a minute or two but I've been internet-less before (back in the days my dad was trying to rein me in with a full internet-less month haha I totally surprised him with my uncaring ways) so I busied myself with writing the first chapter of Behold Man. Going well. Think I'm liking it more, thank God for Chuck ;) I'm about two-thirds done. Like I just promised to I can't remember who (short-term memory, oops), it shouldn't take more than a couple of days. And as you can see, I now have intarwebz :D
Anyone want to send me scrap paper? I'm running out of things to write on and I refuse to write on lined paper. I dunno, it's like fic-unfriendly to me or something lol. Just kidding. I actually just found a stash of old projects from college that were fit for the recycling bin anyway.
I also watched Oprah. Yay for fatalistic medical stuff. "10% of people in this room will die from MRSA (aka superbug)" or some such. Nice. Very informative, though. Thank you, Dr Oz. But omg SHUT UP Oprah the world does NOT revolve around you. "I'd just like to say that I won't be getting brain surgery." They were talking about this super-new surgery to install a pacemaker-like thing to regulate your food cravings and of course it talks about fat people so she has to make it about her *facepalm* Jesus. IDK, I kind of like watching her show every once in a while but she easily gets on my last nerve regarding many subjects, including this one.
Two days left till May and I still haven't seen red? Oh peeeeriod, wherefore art thou period?
