An unscientific experiment
I have always believed in the value of enthusiasm at work, it is a quality I look for when I am hiring, and an element of the office enviroment I have always championed. I devised for my own ammusement the following experiment:
I listed the 36 people who work in my building, I put a check mark beside the names of people who I consider to be the least productive employees (7 checks)I brought in a large cake that had we rock written on it, I then asked people if we in fact rocked. 28 people voted we rock, 8 people voted that we did not rock. Seven of those eight people were the names I checked.
Of interest perhaps only to me, but interesting.
