Oh yeah moving to seattle now.

Why are all the people talking about fleeing the us software providers, because of companies handing data over because of court orders? The NSA's range of autonomy is *outside* the country.. court order? We don't need no stinking court orders.

I'm not currently in risk of burnout but I recently read some articles online that talk about how people avoid/manage it. Such and doing small things that feel like an accomplishment and reading fiction. And I'm thinking hmm.. gardening, working on my car, homebrewing, working out regularly... yeah...

I just help conduct the least satisfying interview I'd ever been a part of yesterday. Guys comes in with a fairly lengthy Resume. Gets asked a bunch of questions, tells a bunch of what I would call war stories. The only problem I have is figuring out what to do with all the figs...

I've been going to starscape for over 10-12 years now ( skipping last year due to stress and other thing going on in my life), and this year I have tickets I purchased well in advance only to be turned away because they couldn't plan for capacity? this is just irritating.

So since I've discovered that my block has a lot with 6 old abandonded apples trees I'm going to make cider this fall. I already managed to get a largish wine press cheap and a grape crusher that may work to mash the apples when cut up.
Any Suggestions?

So, after the city getting on my ass about having non functional cars on my property, I finally admitted to myself that I wasn't going to be able to fix the rusted window channel myself, and got a body shop to do it.
