I've been wanting to try this
maple-syrup and dijon mustard chicken for a while and finally did. Wes thought it was okay as he's not fond of sweet and meat together. I thought it was pretty darn good. I'll let you look up the recipe as the directions are filled with pictures. Essentially you make a marande out of maple syrup and dijon mustard, bake chiken, and top with rosemary. The recipe had me at rosemary.
