Having only 'trained' 5 days ago, for a 7km jog around my housing estate, am rather pleased.

Had very good quality lunch buffet at Melt - The World Cafe on Sunday as osquishy wanted to eat there for her birthday.

It was very very super good -- with a very very super good price tag to match. :P

However, I've realised that my ability to stuff my face has diminished rather significantly. *sadface*

Tonight while on the train home with the sister, we were sitting on opposite rows facing each other.
