• Japanese TV dramas that I'm catching this season as of now:
  
  - ROOKIES: Sato Ryuta ♥! Male bonding! Yeah, that's basically it actually.
  - Zettai Kareshi: Brainless fun? And I quite like Aibu Saki and Hayami Mokomichi, who was hot in Gokusen 2. :D
  - Last Friends: It's Ueno Juri. As
  coldcrab  quoted a friend, 'What a change from her role in Nodame Cantabile!' I've watched the first 3 episodes, and much as I rather abhor the lead actress, Nagasawa Masami -- I wanted to strangle her in Nada Sou Sou after her numerous high-pitched whiny 'Nii~ Nii~~~'s, it's a very engaging series so far. And I really like the opening, which was a well thought-out concept, not just another generic opening.
  - Osen: It's Yuu Aoi, as the young owner of a traditional Japanese restaurant, who's an alcohol addict. It features 伝統的な日本料理! What is there not to like?



• Movies watched recently:
  -August Rush: I loved the seamless flow of music pieces as the story moved along. The cinematography was quite pretty. And erm, Jonathan Rhys-Meyer was hot? That is all.
  -Rent: I didn't like it. I only liked the bits that featured the Tom/Angel couple because of the non-issue that they just were a couple.
  -Hard Candy: Good shit.
  -Funny Games U.S: Slightly psychotic and random, and yet not really.



• I've been itching to write something, anything, for the past few weeks yet all I've managed to do is stare blankly at the empty Word document.



• Iron Man and Forbidden Kingdom tomorrow with Pops, if he doesn't change his mind.



• Song of the moment: 在街上 by 甜蜜的孩子
