Off to Spokane for four days, not exactly excited! It's a work thing, so on the upside there's a gigantic per diem check waiting for me. $31 per dinner per day? Not too shabby. Trying to spend that much on dinner in Spokane, as a Vegetarian? Now that will be a challenge.
