The case against fiannacumhaill
On November 21st, it was brought to our attention here by chekov_sulu and to her own LJ entitled "Where Natives Fear to Trek" (20 November 2009) that was word for word copied from an untitled fic written by simmysim (originally posted 9 September 2009).
As there was no contact information listed in fiannacumhaill 's profile, I left a comment on her fic post requesting that she email me, which was ignored. A few days later, her LJ was deleted. In light of the above information, fiannacumhaill will be added to our list of Known Plagiarists for one year.
