The case against Ben1234/not-using-fanfiction-anymore
On the 14th of September, juliet316 reported that her story Tears Like Rain had been plagiarised on ff.net by Ben1234. pinkfairy727 also reported Ben1234 for several cases of plagiarism. The original reports can be found here and here. All stories involved are set in the Torchwood universe.
By the time I looked at the reports, Ben1234 had removed all stories from ff.net and renamed the account "not-using-fanfiction-anymore". However, with the screencaps supplied, it was easy to assess that Ben1234 had posted word-for-word copies.

I have attempted to contact Ben1234/not-using-fanfiction-anymore several times, but receieved no reply. However, in light of the evidence, I will be adding Ben1234/not-using-fanfiction-anymore to the list of known plagiarists.
