Case against brokenbitsofhc
On July 26th 2009 livejournal user donutsweeper reported that her story The Widening Gyre had been plagiarised by Fanfiction.net user brokenbitsofhc. See the post here.
Having reviewed both stories brokenbitsofhc had changed the characters and the ending. However significant portions of the story were a word for word copy.

I have been in touch with brokenbitsofhc and recieved a reply.
Since that reply she has turned off PM's on her account and so further dialogue could not continue. The story has also been removed and any information about her likewise.
Given the evidance I will be adding to brokenbitsofhc. the List of Known Plagiarists
