On December 16, 2008, borderline_mary wrote to this community concerning five poems of hers that had been plagiarised, by someone calling herself fushigi no kaosu.

She contacted the webmaster at darkpoetry.com and, after a bit of back-and-forthing, was told that fushigi no kaosu would be given borderline_mary's e-mail. To date, she has not heard anything back.

Once I took the case, I was able to take screencaps of four of the poems mentioned on the darkpoetry site. I was not able to find screencaps for Doppelganger.

All of borderline_mary's poems are dated around two years earlier than fushigi no kaosu's. Most of the poems are lifted completely, a couple of titles have been changed and some of the poems have had their lines changed, but none of these changes mask the fact that they have been plagiarised.

I Googled fushigi no kaosu, to see if she was posting anywhere other than darkpoetry.com, where her account is closed.

I found some information about her on FanFiction.net and found that she has an account at the Gaia website - but I don't have any further information, because I'm not a member.

There has been no acknowledgment (that I can find) that fushigi no kaosu is sorry for what she'd done and, based on the facts, I think that she should be added to the list of known plagiarists.
