I've reported orlisgurl13 twice on quizilla for plagiarizing two different authors although I suspect all her fics might be stolen. Nothing so far has been done about it. The first one is Cassie Claire's "A Lot To Be Upset About".
Here's a cache of "A Lot To Be Upset" about from March '04. And here is orlisgurl13's copy.
She's changed Ginny Weasley's name out for "Rose Williams." Example:
And yet he was bitter. And it was all because of Rose Williams.

The second author is Camilla GoE at Schnoogle.
