Reporting Plagiarism of an HP fanfic

I have an ongoing problem with a writer at fanfiction.net. It's not just ideas, but straight copy and pasting my own words and claiming them as her own. I've already approached the writer and reported her to support, but i'm not having any luck.

I'm not sure exactly how to go about reporting this but, Apus and Aquila, chapter 3, copies multiple lines directly from Corvus, chapter 10.

Please please help me. I love to write, but i will be removing my stories if I cannot get this resolved.
