On 3 April, remuslives23 reported that her Harry Potter story Cold Comfort (posted 16 January 20103) had been plagiarised by Tamaki's Ramen (FF# 2499876) as Stony Limits Cannot Hold Out (posted 4 February 2011) in the Death Note fandom.

Thank you for investigating. Color me unsurprised that the remaining stories were rip offs as well.

To be honest, I'm actually more surprised that there were two stories that might actually be theirs! But I looked everywhere and couldn't find any evidence of plagiarism.

I've filed abuse reports with FF on all their stories and hopefully TaPiR can add the extra kick to get them booted quickly.

When I was plagiarized, impersonated, and harassed by a plagiarizer, it took FF.Net almost 6 months to actually do something about it. I reported it once a month, then once a week to get something done about it.

Fortunately, now that TaPiR is around, they have a more direct route to the FF.net admit. They've had some pretty quick results.
