The Case Against Echoooooo / Edlundis / Sexymish
On March 22nd, paraka reported that dancinbutterfly's bandom story "You Know What They Do To Guys Like Us In Prison" had been plagiarised on Archive of Our Own by Echoooooo and Edlundis for the Supernatural fandom. That report (and comments noting that the story also appeared on FF.net by Sexymish) is here.
It's obvious from the screencaps of various parts of the story on AO3 that it is an exact copy, apart from name replacements. (The original is on the left, the copy on the right.)

I reported the plagiarised story to AO3 (as did the original author and several other people) and it was removed that same day. I also filed a TaPir report at FF.net and they are bringing it to the attention of the admins there, so hopefully it will be removed soon.
Edlundis has additional stories on AO3 and Sexymish has additional stories on FF.net, but after investigating them, both I and the investigators at TaPiR believe these to be original works.
I have attempted to contact the plagiarists on both AO3 and FF.net. As I have heard nothing to date, echoooooo, edlundis, and Sexymish will be added to the list of known plagiarists indefinitely.
ETA 20/4/13: I received the following PM from Sexymish (now Megstiell):

I did not write that story. I published it for my friend with her permission.
That was an original story, as far as I'm aware? I sat next to her whilst she wrote it and neither of us has ever read "You Know What They Do To Guys Like Us In Prison"?
I advised Megstiell to remove the story, and redeem her name, which is now on the list of known plagiarists indefinitely.
