Report of Plagiarism in the Yu Yu Hakusho Fandom
Several years ago I posted to this community concerning plagiarism of my poetry by someone using the name fushigi no kaosu. This was my original post and this was the ruling made at the time.
It appears the same user re-posted some of the same poetry a while later, on a site called menewsha.com; it can be found here. In addition, it appears that several of the other poems also posted in the same thread may be plagiarized from another YYH author on FanFiction.Net; links are here and here.
I contacted the webmaster for menewsha.com on September 19, but received no reply. On the same day, I messaged Mischieff-Maker (possible owner of the other poems mentioned above) to ask whether s/he knew of the posting by fushigi no kaosu; I likewise received no reply from him/her.
The poem 'The Wise Rose,' which is included in fushigi no kaosu's posting, is also mine; I was unable to substantiate that in my previous complaint against her, but I have since been able to locate a link to it under an older penname of mine, Jesanae Tekani, on this site. The webmaster of the site, chieira, sent me this screencap to show when the website file for the poem had been last modified.
