[After getting sent home from two different jobs, Yosuke had decided that he should probably go back to the apartment instead of to the clinic. As soon as he'd gotten there, though, he wished he'd gone to bother Minato or Chie instead. Being alone was bad enough when you were sober, but when you were drunk it was just depressing.

And so when he heard the door open, he stumbled out into the kitchen hopefully. Haruhi was hom-oh. It was someone else. He didn't even know this girl's name yet, and worse, she was just a kid. He was setting such a bad example. But company was company, so he grabbed hold of the wall and propped himself against it cheerfully.]

[Amu is too caught up in her thoughts to hear the door open, in fact, when she hears the voice she turns around in surprise.

He wasn't someone she recognized, though she's be finding out soon enough by answering his question] Ah-- well I guess so, though it's only a few things anyway.

[Wow, he really hadn't thought this through. Normally, putting away some shopping would be easy. But yeah, not so much at the moment. He stumbled before he even reached the girl, and caught himself on one of the kitchen chairs sheepishly.]

Yeah, I know about the water-- [Yeah, so judging from his actions she could tell he'd drank some of the water already. Even though he did offer to help, he didn't really look that good. There was a short pause as she continued ]
