He's always tended to be restless when in small places, but right now he can't really muster the energy to pace the cell or to point angrily as the guards as they pass. So he's just kind of sitting on the floor with his back against the wall, tossing a bouncy ball to the corner so it'll bounce back to him. Where'd he get the bouncy ball? Some alien kid must of lost it while here and he just found it, so finders keepers, etc.

His eyes burn from tiredness, but he doesn't want to sleep yet.

The sound of the ball on the side of the cell caught his attention as he wanders by. Those goggles sure looked familiar...

"Obito-san...?"

Just how many of his friends had these stupid Amanto taken...?

He glances up at the voice and blinks.

"Guh... ehh, that you, Shinpachi? Whaddya doin' here?"

Not that he's not grateful for the company (because he is) but as far as he knew, Shinpachi hadn't been taken with the rest of them... plus, he was freely standing outside his cell.

"I came to visit my friends...they allow visitors in after hours, but only for a short time. The problem is...I didn't realize how many of my friends had been taken..."

He stops and rests his hands on the bars to Obito's cell.

"Are you okay?"

"Me? Ahehhh..."

He pauses for a second. This isn't the worst situation he's been in... and it's not like you don't totally know where your enemy stands in this thing.

"Hah! I'm Uchiha Obito, from the Uchiha clan! Like I'd let a place like this get me down!"

There's a little force behind that enthusiasm, but it's better forced than nonexistent.

He manages a bit of a smile.

"Besides, you've got a lot of jutsu at your disposal. They'd better watch out."

And he taps the side of his upper face with the tip of his finger, "And I got my sharingan, too."

He leans back against the wall, letting the coolness of it soothe him.

"Yeah.. there're a lot of people here."

He looks up at the ceiling, trying to recall who he's seen.

"Some other people I don't know that well. But lotsa refugees from the ship."

How the hell did the Amanto manage to capture so many unbelievably strong people? Even worse...what did that leave the people back on the Thor with?

"This is nuts..."

"Yeah... I didn't even see them comin', but I'm not amazing like some of these people."

He shrugs.

"They got us all by surprise."

"Yeah, just some alien guys. They weren't that tough, but I think they were just seeing what I could do. I dunno who I'm gonna be facing for real."

He throws the ball again, and it bounces back to him.

"You'll watch, right??"
