corporate saga, part 3
after getting stuff from HP and from TMobile, I'm going after Chase.
I've had a Chase credit card since my parents co-signed for one when I was 16. Since then, I've never had a late payment or a returned payment. When I went to Brazil, there was a mix up with transfers and the payment was returned. I still made the full payment before the due date. The customer service refused to return the $39 returned payment fee. I say, fuck that.
I'm sending letters to all the higher ups in New York. Bastards. They've made 3.5% of all the shit i've bought since I was 16 (I charge EVERYTHING), and they won't return $40 to me. Assholes.
