Your guess is as good as mine on that one, though we did have two births not too long ago.

It is unlikely that someone was able to put a great number of hatchlings to sleep, clean and dress then scatter them throughout the Sphere without anyone's notice.

I wasn't saying that they did come to cocoons. I'm saying that the two might not be related. None of them came here from cocoons, and all arrived fully dressed, that much I know.
