METALLICA WEEKEND
So yeah, metallica was this weekend. 3rd time seeing them, and i could see them another 97 times before they would even begin to get old. Man, what an awesome show. Mandy and i were prolly about 6 back from front row (floor seats of course). Metallica never dissapoints in concert. Say what you will about them, they still put on the most kick ass live shows in the history of rock. The only small dissapointment about the show didnt even involve the band, it involved the stupid Palace of Auburn hills security guards who wouldnt let me hold mandy up to see the concert better. Other than that, a flawless evening. Then the next day (saturday) i took mandy out to her job training...i mostly slept in the car waiting for her for 3 hours. It was cool though. After that, we went out to my uncle's house who lives out in Lake Orion. It was cool talking to all his old friends from high school...oddly enough they remind me of all my friends. They kept commenting on my hair and sideburns...which they found pretty kick-ass. Apparently i could've fit in just fine back then. After Uncle Mark's we went to mandy's for a while and basically just hung out and watched TV. And now, here i am back in my dorm writing this...a pretty sweet weekend all in all, especially the concert. Sorry this post wasnt as entertaining as the last one, i'm just a little exhausted and dont really have anything that funny to write about, but check back often as i'm sure i'll have plenty of ammo in the coming days.
