Sieglinde's College Life!
I...I think I'm finally getting the hang of this whole taking-screenshots-for-legacies thing! *_* I love it when Sims sort of develop personalities in your mind after you play them for a while. Not just your own Sims but the townies/dormies/etc too. For example, right now I'm playing the college life of my selfSim's daughter Sieglinde and I have become stupidly attached to all her dormmates. I wanted to make a weird dorm so I used cheats to make nearly everyone a monster of some kind (I think I left 3 out of 12 Sims as normal Sims). I believe I have 3 zombies, 3 werewolves, 1 evil witch, and 2 vampires. I've become particularly attached to Sieglinde's BFF in the dorm, Nick Ramsey the Happy Zombie. He cracks me up cause he always seems to be smiling as he kind of drags himself to wherever he's trying to get to and he's aaalways after some Mac n' Cheese. And he always forgets to bathe and often has that green cloud of stink trailing after him. Oh, Nick. I love you~!
I also like Cora Monroe the Cranky Werewolf. She is total enemies with Maria Malone the Snobby Vampire and it is funny to watch them fight and then calmly sit down next to each other and do research together or something. And I have some CUTE dormies! But...I got them at a high price. I admit it...I forced the game to spawn new dormies with the pretty, defuglified faces I downloaded by sort of killing the old Maxis-faced dormies. >.< So the town cemetary is quite full. But I had them die of old age! Mostly (some of them were asking for it, man)! I think my best-looking guys are Clyde Dunn the Ex-Werewolf (Sieglinde kept whining that she wanted him to be healed and fearing hearing him howl and I needed her aspiration to go up so I granted her wish), Mark Caldwell the Rock Star Werewolf, Fred Lyons the Artsy Werewolf, and Harry Wilkerson the Goofy Zombie (wait--why did I end up turning all my cute dormies into werewolves?!).
These are Sieglinde and her stats at the time she started college! Sieglinde has just begun studying Economics at the Three Lakes campus of Sim State University and was able to get a room at the (NOT EVEN A LITTLE) fancy Cosby Hall dormitory (ahahaha, I named it that because my satellite cable box thing is still DEAD so I'm still playing the The Cosby Show DVD set to make it feel like I'm watching Nick at Nite T_T). The dorm is well-known for its diverse population.
Diverse population INDEED.
Sieglinde quickly became best friends with Nick, one of the zombies at the dorm.
This is Sieglinde's dorm room. She's been partial to pink and white stuff ever since she was a toddler so I made her room appropriately girly. I reeaaaally like it (even though I like the blue and black version of this room the best).
Sieglinde is currently going steady with this handsome young man named Jager Kirsch (played by Hayden Hikaru). Like Sieglinde, Jager is a Fortune aspiration Sim and they have been a couple since they were teenagers. Jager used to spend a lot of time at Sieglinde's house because his mom was kind of a deadbeat and he kept trying to run away from home.
They've always been all lovey-dovey and never really had problems but...college has changed Sieglinde.
She suddenly finds herself in this place full of cute boys and most of them have really good chemistry with her... What should she do? Should she stay with her high school sweetheart or is it time to explore other options?
But she and Jager shared so many happy moments...
Still, there is one guy in particular who has grabbed her interest: Clyde Dunn. Clyde showed up at the dorm the first day of school wearing some weird clothes and it was obvious he hadn't had a proper haircut in a while but...
...Then he had a magical makeover like in all those romantic comedies and, suddenly, all the girls in the dorm started paying more attention.
Clyde had not only flirted VERY heavily with Sieglinde, he had always heavily insinuated that he would like to marry her one day.
...But so had Jager.
Sieglinde was very, very receptive to Clyde's advances.
Sieglinde: Well, HEY THERE, hot stuff! *half-lidded flirty look of some sort*
Clyde is a Family Sim and even though he's outgoing, he is still fundamentally dorky.
Clyde: SCORE!
Um...you guys...behind you...
Well, you can imagine what happened! I forgot to screencap it but Jager got all MAD~ and slapped the junk out of Sieglinde (and then she slapped him back, of course!). Oh, Sieglinde. I'm ashamed of you for various reasons at this moment. You're not even a Romance Sim!
Of course, there were many tears...
Even though she was in the wrong by cheating, there was no way Sieglinde was going to stay with a man who would hit her, so she told Jager to beat it.
Sieglinde: UH UH. UH UH. Boy, after what happened to Rihanna I have learned to take a STAND. We are SO OVER!
Jager was struck by a sudden wave of remorse.
Jager: I...I'm so sorry!! I promise it'll never happen again!! I-I...
Jager: HEY, WAIT A MINUTE--YOU cheated on ME. I should be breaking up with YOU!
Sieglinde: Oh, DON'T EVEN!!
Jager: But...we...we've been through so much together... Can't we try this one more time?
Sieglinde's answer was quite clear. She had definitely moved on.
Even if she HAD cheated on him, Jager wasn't about to give his girlfriend of so many years up without a fight. Being the shy Sim that she is, Sieglinde was scandalized by the fight. Being the mean Sim that she is, she still picked sides and rooted for her new beau Clyde. Only the cafeteria lady was on Jager's side.
*CATFIGHT??*
Sadly for Jager, Clyde had many more Body skill points than him and he was easily defeated.
After the whole fiasco was over and Jager had left in tears (and thoroughly hating both Sieglinde and Clyde), Clyde decided it would be a great moment to propose to Sieglinde, right there in the cafeteria.
Sieglinde: OMG!!! I've always wanted to be proposed to in a grody place like this! *_*
Sieglinde decided to get a makeover to celebrate this new phase in her life.
*_* She looks just like a doll.
Anyway, long story short, my Sim's children are always acting like Romance Sims even though they're not. -_-; I... I kind of want to try posting this in the The Sims 2 community...*twiddles fingers*
