It all looked pretty good to him.
He glanced at Hermione, who was sitting in the wooden rocking chair he'd brought, and smiled. It was good to have her here with him; he'd never displayed his work like this before, not the furniture bit. But it was good to be able to show off some of things he'd worked hard on so that people could actually see it.

She felt him looking at her and smiled at him. "It's a nice day for a festival. You shouldn't worry so much, though, because your work is brilliant, and people will love it."

He'd been hearing about an arts festival going on in town, and while he'd never been particularly interested in artistic things, there were apparently vendors there selling their wares for hopefully cheap prices. Sure enough, after wedging his way though the loads of people enjoying the festival, he came upon a stall that seemed to be selling everything from wooden toys to desks and chairs.
Justin first noticed a train set, which reminded him so much of his old train set back home that he was tempted to buy it on the spot. Fortunately, his tiny bit shred of self-control stopped him. His priority was furniture. Maybe he'd be a pathetic 25-year-old man with a train set on his ( ... )

"I know that Cai, but these elves are working for the festival and know where these are supposed to go."
"Cai is knowings too, Master!" The elf whined.
"But then you wouldn't be able to help me, Cai," Caradoc countered.
"You is needing Cai's help, Master?" The elf looked up at him with shiny, hopeful eyes.
"Of course I do. You didn't think Mrs. Arabella and I would get along today without you, did you?" The little elf threw herself around his legs and Caradoc patted her silly head. "I'll always need you, Cai. Now that the playground things are taken care of, we need to take the other things. If you take the shrunken instruments, I'll get the crafts."
The Charms Professor and old house elf appeared before the festival hours and started setting up. Arabella should be along soon and the other volunteers. This was going to be fun.

Amelia asked for a butterfly hat, a ballon that circled her head and had a balloon butterfly attached to the top, that she had seen other girls wearing around the festival area. Wally asked for a sword. There was a balloon scabard that went around his waist and a balloon sword to go inside it.
Balloons procured, the kids next wanted to get in line to have their faces painted. Rabastan nodded and queued up once again.

Taking out a book on Quidditch history, Angelina settled down and decided she'd just spend some time there and see what might come her way.
