RP: Going for a visit

Summary: While Mummy is sleeping, Ella decides to go and visit Mr Bunny Man

Mummy had been acting strange all day. This morning she’d been tired and snappish, then she’d got a letter with something she liked and become all happy and giddy and played with her a long, long time. Then Mummy had drunk something and become really strange and fallen asleep on the sofa and now she was still sleeping.
Ella wasn’t used to see Mummy sleeping, but it had been fun. Ella had played with the cat, and jumped on the bed, and played with Mummy’s wand. That had been funny. The umbella in the hall had gone boom!
Now, however, Ella wanted Mummy to wake up. She wanted to go and see Mr Bunny Man and his bunnies, but Mummy was still sleeping! She had already pushed Mummy several times, but she hadn’t woken up so now she hit Mummy as hard as she could. Mummy, however, only mumbled something and turned on the sofa. Naughty Mummy!
Angry Ella slumped down on the floor, her arms crossed in front of her and a pout on her face. She kicked the floor. Mummy was mean! That’s when she knew what she should do.
She would go to see Mr Bunny Man herself! Of course she would. Mummy always said she was a big girl, and big girls could go themselves.
Running up to the door, Ella jumped again and again until she finally reached the handle and could open the door. She giggled as she went outside, not bothering to close the door behind her as she started to run. She had a good memory and she was sure she remembered the way to Mr Bunny Man.
Skipping happily along the street with her toy dragon in her arms, Ella started to chant.
‘I’m gonna see Mr Bunny Man! I’m gonna see Mr Bunny Man! I’m gonna see Mr Bunny Man!’
