Ginny rubbed her eyes as she lifted her head from the stack of notes the Lestrange man had sent over. The dream had woken her sharply after only three hours sleep but she had no desire to try again, heading off to take a quick shower and change. Slipping the books and journal notes into the pocket of her denim jacket, Ginny disapparated to the pavement outside of the temporary hospital and went inside, lifting a hand to Lyda that said 'hello, yes, don't ask' all in the same motion as she passed the reception desk on the way to the staff lounge.
She was slipping on her Healer robe when she winced, remembering belatedly that she'd wanted to owl Adrian. Catching her lip thoughtfully, Ginny grabbed a bit of parchment and jotted a quick note.
Adi,
Hope all is well with you since we've been missing each other this week. I miss you a great deal. Didn't want you to think I'd forgotten about you. Not that I ever could, honestly. You're on my in my thoughts a lot.
I don't know if I mentioned it last week but I am home from school after 5 p.m. if you want to get together to confer on notes and potions or just spend time together or talk.

Folding up the parchment quickly, Ginny went out to the reception desk and sent it off on the messenger owl before she could change her mind. Lyda chuckled softly. "Gin-love, your blushing at the owl."
"I am not. Am I?" Ginny blushed harder, stammering as she waved toward the corridor. "I'll be up on second checking on Mr. Proudfoot, Lyda. Hollar if someone wanders in missing limbs or something."
She hurried off as the older receptionist chuckled in amusement.
