That sounds absolutely lovely! Have you made plans for your birthday, then? Perhaps with a ladyfriend? I know you don't like to see my pry, darling, but I think a woman around would do you good, don't you agree? You must tell me what you'd like as a present. Twenty-five years is quite the milestone. I remember for my twenty-fifth your father took me to London for a weekend away and it was simply thrilling. I don't mind telling you that I got quite drunk on the first night and so don't exactly remember it, but he was smart enough to pack the hangover potion, wasn't he! We saw a Muggle play. Extraordinary!
I'm afraid Wednesday night is the only night I'm free. I've promised Daniel and Web that I'd go to Dover with them on my days off for some fishing. I think it would really be rather good for them, as well, so I really do think I shouldn't back out now if that's alright with you, dear. I can be home again Wednesday night no later than half five, though, if you think you and Billy would like to have supper. And of course I would be delighted to see your flat! Will Hermione and Harry be around? I haven't seen them since Christmas! If you're to cook the meal, then I insist on bringing pudding - or cake or whatever you'd like, really. It's your birthday and all, dear! I can do a cinnamon bundt, perhaps? You just let me know!
Anyway, darling, I wish I could write more, but I'm do at work in just a moment. Please let me know what you think would work best for you and your schedule.
Bill says any night is fine with him. So if you're available Wednesday, then please come Wednesday evening and I'll make sure Bill does too.
Actually, Mum, we live in the house at 33 Alpha Lane, just past the edge of the Burrow property. I don't know what Harry's plans are that night, or Hermione's, so I can't say whether you'll see either of them that night, but I'm sure they would be glad to see you. If you'd like to bring a cake in honour of my birthday, that would be great. I'm not much of a cook yet, but I'm learning. So I'll try not to poison you and Bill with my cooking.
