Ginny pushed the door of the Five Alarm open and stepped inside, shaking off the cold and her cloak in one motion, hanging the heavy woolen garment on the peg by the door before making her way to a booth in the back of the tavern.
Sliding into the bench facing the door, she nodded to the barman when he held up a butterbear and she leaned back in her seat to await her friend's arrival.
