Megabus

Have any of you ever taken Megabus out of Saint Louis in winter weather? We have a trip planned to Chicago that leaves in the middle of this upcoming snow mess. I was wondering if anyone has ever had a bus cancel or show up late from Megabus. We're scheduled for an overnight bus but are wondering if anyone ever showed up for the morning ride if the night was canceled and successfully got on. I tried contacting Megabus but their customer service never picks up.

I know some people have had luck doing this in DC but I hear it is run differently in different regions.

Any experiences?
