Day 9

Yesterday was brutal. It's not that I don't like veggie. I just don't want to eat them all day. I like a little variety in my diet. Actually, that is one of my complaints about this diet. The lack of variety. A person can only stand cottage cheese and cashews for so many days. Anyways, back to not all veggies! And I have lost some weight. So Yay!

Menu for Day 9 -
Meal 1: oranges, banana shake
Meal 2: grapefruit, garden salad
Meal 3: ham slices, walnuts
Meal 4: turkey slices, low fat milk
