I won't lie. I have been dreading today's menu. It's all veggies. That's right, ALL veggies ALL day. I can't even tell you how much I dislike veggies for breakfast.
Menu for Day 8-
Meals 1-4: Salad of veggies (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers. green beans, onions, celery, carrots, pinto beans, sprouts, squash, spinach, broccoli, zucchini, peppers) You may top each meal with ONE of the following (not both): 1 ounce of grated cheese OR 3 tablespoons of low-calorie salad dressing.
