this was thrown together last-minute from shit i had laying around the house so i could look festive for the trick-or-treaters (lots of kids live on my street). i didn't think i looked all that spooky but one girl burst into tears when i came to the door. whoops.
the breakdown for those interested:
lace highnecked blouse: vintage
lace white shirt (over blouse): old navy
pinstripe boustier: addition-elle
double-breasted pinstripe vest (worn over boustier): addition-elle
three skirts layered:
top layer is apetticoat from party stuff
second layer is a lace bubble skirt from addition-elle
third (bottom) layer is a silk ruffle skirt from nygard via the bay
striped thigh highs are a million years old
high-heeled brogues from payless
rose cameo: gift from my late grandma
lace gloves: ebay
teased hair, cavernous eyes, and jowls (!) are all makeup! is it weird that i'm sort of into jowls?
...and i totally "antiqued" these photos in i-photo and I AM NOT ASHAMED TO ADMIT IT.
