Have you thought about your hand signal for take a bow? Just curious to see what other people come up with- I have one, and will share it if you'd like, but curious to know what you chose first! :)
Hello! Your pup is so cute! I love dogs that have the one ear up-one ear down thing.
My Australian Shepherd knows Take a Bow, and his hand signal was a closed fist in a "Down" motion, then later it turned into me bowing to him. I'll probably do the same with Stitch: holding the food in a closed fist as he bows, than clicking and rewarding him for that. How about you?

My hand signal is a fist, with the top/back of the hand held toward the dog, and the pointer finger and the pinky finger extended, but the thumb still tucked under- kind of like the way rockers used to hold their hands, if that makes sense. It kind of looks like the two front legs of a bowing dog. I hold my hand with the two fingers pointing toward the ground, roughly at a 45 degree angle.
