It's official: NBC renewed Chuck.

And wooing Subway certainly paid off: the company will be a major sponsor of the new season. Bless the fandom for coming up with an idea that worked! (via Reuters)

Duuuuude. Chuck season finale? SQUEE. Just. Squee. Paired with a veggie delight from Subway and salt and vinegar crisps. HEAVEN. Store didn't have a comment box, but have typed and sent comment to site. I am going to be so gutted if the show is not renewed.

In other news, I spent the weekend watching the entire 2 seasons of Big Guy and Rusty. For those much younger than I (sob, sob) this was a series aired on Fox's defunct Fox Kids animation block ten years ago. GUH. I really needed that after the wanktastic time I've had at work. And guess what's the cherry on the sundae? NBC has episodes of Quantum Leap online! *squees*

True to form, I found my plans altered because I wasn't prepared. Although I had spoken to a volunteer about the internet connection at the Moscone convention center, I still had trouble connecting to the public wifi.
