I saw that you'd posted fic when I checked the internet on my phone in class, hardly restrained myself from flailing, and then I saw the sequel to we are stardust and actually fucking SCREAMED. And then I had to wait to get home to read it properly, and OMG, IT WAS SO WORTH THE WAIT.

Just as gorgeous as we are stardust, absolutely beautiful.

So many breathtaking parts;

Crimson droplets fly from her skin and he swears they shine as they fall, looking for all the world like tiny shooting stars streaking towards the city. The lights seem to shine brighter wherever the droplets hit and her smile widens. I love this image so much.

She is power and benevolence, strength and love, vengeance and compassion. She is a contradiction in every way. Favourite line out of all of this mindblowingly gorgeous fic.

He allows her to pull him out with her, apprehension flickering deep within him. He knows how to fly; he's just never done it without wings. This reminds me of Moulin Rouge, negl, which made me even happier than this line makes me
