many parts, ONE body!
we arrived one after another, having come from different places & by separate ways. we sat around the rectangular table, exchanging stories & jokes- there was one of the most diverse groups of people u'd find. each with different talents & gifts, experiences & ambitions. yet you'd never find a group more alike.
There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord.
1 Cor 12:4-5
thank you Lord, for revealing Your beauty to me, through Your beautiful people. for placing in each of their hearts, such unique passions & anointing their hands with beautiful gifts. i pray that as we walk on, you'll remind us that we're part of a bigger plan, & that bigger plan will keep us going, tracking faithfully...even down muddy & untaken paths, help us to keep our eyes fixed on you! amen.
