A.K.A Stuffing your head full of information which you need to retain for a period of about a fortnight, most of which will be a complete mystery to you in a year.
I now know lots of stuff about nuisance & negligence cases in law and can even remember some of the case names (though I've drawn the line at learning the years).
I'd forgotten how many excuses you can make to yourself about sitting down revising and what a great incentive it is for cleaning your house. I must have sighed this years quota of sigh's and have scribbled more pages of notes tahn I can b bothered to reread. I both love the way the world is so much more interesting when you have to revise and despair at it's distraction. Aaahh. It'll all be over with next Friday.
The other frustration is having filled your head with pointless stuff you desperately want to share it with people only to see their eyes glaze over whilst you proudly explain the difference between obiter dicta and ratio decidendi. Oh dear........
