Tried out the "Intro to Ashtanga Yoga" dvd today. Are they TRYING to kill you in these? Maybe I just really need to stretch more but I couldn't do 1/2 the poses correctly. Intro my ass. Some of them looked easy then they said to place your feet flat on the floor. I thought they were joking untill the instructor did it. Going to try out some more Intro DVD's see if I improve stretching wise. Who knows, maybe when I get a point position @ work I'll take yoga for one of my first courses.
