BEST WEEKEND EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Okay, sorry to do this, but I have to! This weekend I went down to Columbus, Ohio to see Panic! At The Disco in concert and IT WAS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Columbus is a really cool place with lots of shopping and sightseeing, but the concert was definetly the highlight. I went down there on my own accord, but the magazine I'm working at now wanted me to write a review of it and I have something kick ass to put in it.................
I MET THE FUCKING BAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was soooooooooooooo cool! I was walking around trying to find the arena but I was lost, so I walked over to these guys playing hakey-sack in a park. I noticed that they all looked familiar and I walked up to one and asked him "Are you Brendan Urie?" (the lead singer) and he was just like "Yeah." Of course I freaked out a little, and he just smiled and shook my hand. They all pointed me in the direction of the arena and we had a small conversation. I smiled and giggled all the way down to the concert. People probably thought I was high, but I didn't care!
The concert was really good too. The opening bands played really well (Phantom Planet, The Hush Sound, and Motion City Soundtrack, who all happen to be some more of my favs!) and of course Panic! was amazing. Great music, dancing, sadly no beer (underage), but still a good time! Hey, meeting a famous band could be a good promt..................
