So I think all my Christmas shopping is done. I've lost a lot of sleep and spent a good chunk of money but it will all be worth it Christmas day. I could care less about money. All I want to see is people smile because let's face it, there's not a whole lot to smile about these days. Next paycheck I plan on going to Toys R' Us and picking up some gifts and dropping them off at the Buffalo News for their toy drive. They put the toys under a giant tree and less fortunate families come in and choose presents. My mom worked there when I was little and I will always remember seeing the huge tree and the tons of presents and asking my mom who they were for. Growing up and living in the city I had a pretty good childhood. Santa Claus (who was always on a tight budget) brought great presents so why not give back to my city and extend a helping hand. If anyone else is in the Christmas spirited mood feel free to do something and give a little this holiday season. Ha ha i'm not saying you have to spend a shitload, just a little something to help out. Well that's all. Hope everyone is having a good December thus far, minus the lack of snow.
